Welcome to A1 Golf Driving Range
A1 Golf Centre was opened in 1991 by well known Tour Golf Professionals Christy O'Connor Snr and Jnr and is considered one of the best located driving ranges in London. The centre stands on 18 acres of land and is visible from the A1, just metres from the Borehamwood exit and only 2 miles from exit 23 of the M25.
The A1 Golf Range now offers a multi-shot experience with 11 target greens, giving golfers the opportunity to practice every shot in the bag from a 50 yards pitch to a 300 yard drive.
The range has 47 under cover bays. We have had 22 new dual strike mats installed with manual tees (for both left and right handed golfers) and other bays are fitted with the latest automated Power Tees. Power Tees enable golfers to practice from the same position without the need to bend down and reload balls onto tees. They can be adjusted to your preferred height so, coupled with our all new mats, guarantee fantastic practice conditions for A1 members.
Our new perimeter fencing is provided by Hi-Nets the ultimate premium provider of golf netting and fencing.
